How to Order Individual Lunches for an Office Group

Office Bowls Group Order for Lunch

Office meals can get complicated when preferences, schedules, and timing vary. Individual packed lunches provide a simple structure. Each person receives a full meal in a labeled container, and the order is arranged for easy pickup or delivery.

Latin Fresh prepares individual bowls and burritos using the standard menu. Orders are portioned, labeled, packed, and grouped. Here's how to coordinate the process from start to finish.

1. Confirm the Group Size

Start with a headcount. This helps set the portion count and allows the kitchen to prepare ingredients in advance. If the group includes departments, floors, or teams, you can separate them for easier distribution later.

2. Collect Each Person's Order

Use a shared form, email, or spreadsheet. Each person selects a base, a protein, toppings, and a sauce. Options are listed on the menu. Once each order is filled out, compile everything into one final list. If you plan to reuse the format, save the template for next time.

3. Add Labels to Each Meal

Assign a name or short identifier to every meal. These labels will be printed and attached to the container. This keeps the meals easy to find and distribute during pickup or delivery.

4. Submit the Group Order

Send in the full list using the online system or by contacting the restaurant directly. Include any notes, time requirements, and location instructions. Group orders can be scheduled in advance, and the team will organize the preparation based on your selected pickup or delivery window.

5. Packing and Labeling

Each bowl or burrito is built to order. Containers are sealed and labeled with the names provided. Orders are sorted into bags based on your submitted grouping. All items are organized for quick access during pickup or delivery.

6. Pickup or Delivery

Choose the best option for your team. Meals are placed in the front pickup area, sorted by time and name. Delivery is available for group orders within the coverage area. Each delivery includes the packed bags, labeled containers, and required materials for distribution.

7. Repeat the Process as Needed

Office groups often order on a weekly or monthly schedule. Once the format is set up, it can be repeated. Saved lists, templates, and contact preferences can be used to reduce planning time for future meals.

Group meals stay on track when each part is planned, labeled, and packed in advance.
